Richmond Project
Construction began in July on this exciting project to bring state-of-the-art infrastructure to the City of Richmond. Residents can expect the next phase of the construction and final hook-ups to take place in late fall of 2011. Customers do not need to do anything at this time and can check this website for additional information as it becomes available.
